This trip is solely dedicated to preparing the surface.
- Low-Pressure Method: We use a proprietary, low-pressure chemical solution—never high-pressure washing—to kill and safely remove organic growth without blasting away essential granules.
- Thorough Protection: Includes full plant and property protection (watering, covering, and careful rinsing) to protect your landscape from runoff.
- Drying Time: The roof must then dry completely, which typically requires 24–48 hours depending on weather conditions.
Phase II: Rejuvenation Application (Trip 2)
This trip is dedicated to the application and curing process.
- Optimal Application: The product is applied uniformly across the now-clean, dry, and absorbent roof surface, maximizing penetration.
- Final Inspection: The team conducts a full inspection to ensure even application and proper initial curing.
