PowerHouse Roof Restoration provides roof inspection, cleaning, maintenance, and roof rejuvenation services. We do not perform full roof replacements or structural roofing construction.
All services are subject to roof qualification based on inspection findings. Not all roofs qualify for restoration or treatment.
No Guarantee of Qualification
Submitting a form, requesting an inspection, or receiving an estimate does not guarantee that your roof qualifies for restoration or any specific service. Qualification is determined after inspection based on factors such as:

Existing damage or leaks
If a roof does not qualify, no service will be performed.
Estimates & Pricing
Any estimates provided before an inspection are preliminary and based on information supplied by the customer. Final pricing is determined after inspection and confirmation of eligibility.

Appointments & Access
By scheduling an inspection, you confirm that:
You are the property owner or authorized decision-maker
PowerHouse Roof Restoration is permitted to access the roof and surrounding property
Utilities, pets, and access points are reasonably secured
Missed appointments or lack of access may require rescheduling.
